Welcome to 10point10 Creative by Lyndsey Greene Photography. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, as well as your purchase of products from our shop. By using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Business Overview

10point10 Creative operates under the business Lyndsey Greene Photography, based in Washington State, USA. All sales are processed by Lyndsey Greene Photography. This is not a separate legal entity.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of our products. Colors and details may vary slightly due to individual screen settings or print production variations. All measurements and dimensions listed are approximate.

3. Ordering & Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and payments through secure third-party processors. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable shipping and taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most locations worldwide using trusted production partners. Domestic orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee, while international shipping rates vary by location. Production and delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary by destination.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items returned damaged or used are not eligible for a refund.

We will provide return instructions (please do not return items to the production facility or without contacting us first).
Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Digital Products

Any digital downloads or printable items offered through our website are final sale and non-refundable. By purchasing digital items, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Copyright, Usage, & Resale Restrictions

All content, including artwork, photographs, product designs, and copy, is the intellectual property of Lyndsey Greene Photography.

By purchasing any physical or digital product from this site, you agree to the following:

You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute the artwork or images for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
You may not resell any prints or digital products purchased.
If you are interested in wholesale, licensing, or commercial use, please contact us directly at lyndseygreenephoto@gmail.com

We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
