Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it

• In its original packaging

• Unopened (prints must not be unrolled or handled)

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or handled prints

• Custom-size or limited edition prints

• Items marked final sale

Return Process

To start a return, please fill out the return form or contact us at lyndseygreenephoto@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions for returning your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us at lyndseygreenephoto@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage and your order number.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If your refund is delayed, we recommend:

1. Checking your bank or credit card account

2. Contacting your payment provider

3. Reaching out to us at lyndseygreenephoto@gmail.com if the issue persists
