Intimate wedding at Salish Lodge - Katie & Talus

Katie and Talus had a beautiful, intimate wedding at Salish Lodge in Snoqualmie, WA. The location set the perfect backdrop. The lodge sits on a cliff, overlooking the stunning Snoqualmie Falls. With just a few of their closest friends and family, the day felt warm and personal.

Their ceremony was filled with love and laughter. Each moment was meaningful, making it easy to capture the joy on their faces. After the vows, we took some time to get bridal portraits. We ventured off to a spot with a view of Mt. Si. The mountain was majestic, and the setting felt magical.

The couple wanted to make more memories. So, we scheduled a day after adventure session. This time, we hiked to the base of Snoqualmie Falls. The sound of the water was powerful and refreshing. It was the perfect place for stunning photos. The falls made an amazing backdrop, adding drama and beauty to their images. The rest of the photos in their day after session are in the next post!

Throughout the sessions, the atmosphere was relaxed. Katie and Talus enjoyed every moment. They laughed, shared whispers, and soaked in their love. This connection made it easy to capture their story through my lens.

The film photography added a touch of warmth and depth to the images. It feels timeless, just like their love. Each photo tells a story, full of emotion and beauty.

Their wedding and the adventure afterward showed the joy of an intimate celebration. It’s not about the number of guests, but the love shared with those who matter most. Katie and Talus's journey reminds us that a wedding can be lovely, no matter the size. Each moment can be precious and meaningful, especially in a breathtaking setting like Snoqualmie.
